very lovely spot! i had the dill and cheddar scone and it was amazing. just the right amount of everything. very nice person working too.

Honey’s serves delicious, healthy food, breakfast and dinner! There are always simple, healthy tasty food choices on the menu. My favorite breakfast item is the quiche with a crust of thinly-sliced potato, so it’s naturally gluten-free and delicious. Dinner menus are always changing to keep things interesting.

i came here on a trip today with my 2 friends, we’re coming from china and i overheard the sweet barista defend us when a man came in saying weird comments about us being chinese. i felt very touched because she didn’t ignore the comments, she defended us . my friends didn’t hear it but i heard and felt very happy. not only is their service great and coffee, but they are truly good moral people. i won’t forget them truly thank you

We are French and we absolutely loved Honeys. Our Airbnb was not far from them so we went everyday during our 4 days stay. The ambiance is very cozy and the food is amazing. Everything is homemade even the pasta and focaccia bread. It’s healthy and yummy. Sometimes we just stayed to enjoy a coffee or ice tea and read our books. The kids loved this place too. The people there are adorable

Best cafe in New Orleans? Great food (the pesto on the bagel—Flour Moon—is to die for) that's often expanding. Coffee is really great. Owner is always working—very hard—there. Dogs on leashes allowed. A variety of bar and table seating with large windows. Interior design is tasteful and unique. Great vibes and great drinks.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the city. Doesn’t seem to be over-run with tourists which is so nice as a local that works remote. The food and coffee is AMAZING. The food is some of the best i’ve had in the city out of any restaurant i’ve been to... and this is a coffee shop. I’ve never even liked scones and now like scones (but only from here). The decor is so cute and bathroom always smells nice. Hours are later than most coffee shops. Only qualm is I had an Irish coffee which just tasted like alcohol (very strong) I couldn’t taste the coffee in it and the tables are too small to fit a drink, food and something to work on (such as a laptop or notebook). Otherwise everything is perfect!!

Amazing pastries and coffee! Definitely check this place out. Also active in the community and support good causes. Lovely atmosphere & friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in New Orleans. As a native New Orleanian, I’ve seen my fair share of coffee spots come and go, but this one is unlike any other. When you step inside, you immediately feel at home. The cozy, laid-back atmosphere is perfect for running in and out, slinging back an espresso, or getting some work done. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and stylish—they truly make you feel like part of the family. Whether they’re asking how your day is going, complimenting your outfit, or just being amazing, rad human beings, they’re what make this place special. What really sets this place apart is the coffee. Their black iced coffee is amazing—smooth, cold, and the perfect pick-me-up. Plus, the selection of baked goods is the perfect complement: fresh and delicious! They’re served on the cutest mix-matched vintage trays, which just adds to the charm (the green tray is my personal favorite). I know they put a lot of care into what they serve because you literally see them making it. I’m a huge fan of their banana bread. It’s the little things that make this coffee shop stand out—like the warm burnt orange paint on the walls, the cute-as-hell gold curtain rods, the little girl in the black-and-white vintage photograph, the badass mirror in the bathroom, and the way they remember your name and order. Depending on the time of day, the sunlight shines through the windows, casting a beautiful sun streak across the floor, and you can look out onto St. Claude and see the word “Honeys” glowing on glass window. Bring your camera because you’ll want to snap a pic. These details make it feel like more than just a coffee stop; it’s a place where you can truly feel comfortable and welcome. Not to mention their cute little corners, like the one with the banana leaf and the yellow chair. If you're in New Orleans and looking for a spot that feels like a home away from home, this is the place to be. Take my word for it.
